Your appointments are very important to us as it is reserved especially for you. We understand that life happens and sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary. Therefore, we respectfully request a minimum of 24 hours notice for any changes or cancellations.
Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without proper notice, we lose the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. You will receive a confirmation text the day before your appointment and failure to reply will result in an automatic cancellation of the appointment.
Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a “last minute cancellation“ and assessed a $25 non-redeemable cancellation fee. Repeat offenders will be asked to make a $25 non-refundable deposit.
Arriving more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time may result in cancellation of the appointment. It may be considered a “last minute cancellation“ and assessed a $25 non-redeemable cancellation fee.
Appointments are kind of a big deal. “No-shows“ without a courtesy cancellation call will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s). This charge is non-redeemable. If for any reason you can not make it in, please let us know.
