We will continue following the City & County of Honolulu guidelines and requirements for reopening published 05/27/2020. Clients are required by law to:
• Self COVID-19 pre-screen
• Clients must come alone to the appointment. No guests are permitted at this time.
• Face coverings must be worn prior to entering the building and at all times during service.
• Upon arrival, text to let us know you are here and wait in your vehicle until we ask you to come up.
• Clients must wash their hands for 20 seconds once they have entered GEO.
• Our complementary beverage service will be suspended.
• Please bring as little into the studio as possible.

Please note that all clients must agree to place a valid credit card on file via Square® to book an appointment. If you are a no-show to your scheduled appointment, applicable no-show charges may be applied and any future bookings may be cancelled. GEO does not hold on to any credit card information and all transactions are through Square®.
We value your business and ask that you respect our by-appointment-only scheduling. Please read the cancellation policy below carefully.
Any cancellation within 24 hours of your appointment will be considered a “last minute cancellation“ and assessed a $25 non-redeemable cancellation fee. Repeat offenders will be asked to make a $25 non-refundable deposit.
Arriving more than 15 minutes later than your scheduled time may result in cancellation of the appointment. It may be considered a “last minute cancellation“ and assessed a $25 non-redeemable cancellation fee.
Appointments are kind of a big deal. “No-shows“ without a courtesy cancellation call will be charged 100% of the reserved service(s). This charge is non-redeemable. If for any reason you can not make it in, please let us know.
